Amir Yazdanniyaz, P.E., Principal

Mr. Yazdanniyaz has over over 40 years experience consulting in California and throughout the United States, as well as Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. During his career, he has demonstrated experience in all aspects of building acoustics, building services noise and vibration control, environmental and transportation noise assessment. Mr. Yazdanniyaz has provided technical guidance and project management for wide range of projects including educational facilities, research laboratories, university residential halls, museums and performance spaces, and healthcare facilities. Specially, Mr. Yazdanniyaz has in-depth understanding of the Building structural vibrations and building Mechanical Services noise and vibrations through extensive experience working on various types Laboratory and Research facilities.

Sean Bui, P.E., Principal

Mr. Bui has over 35 years of experience in the field of noise and vibration with emphasis in building services noise and vibration control, building structural vibration, environmental noise studies, and transportation noise analysis. He has collaborated with architects and engineers on design of a wide variety of buildings including performing arts center, high-end luxury residential, healthcare facilities, museums, libraries, and educational facilities. During his career, Mr. Bui has conducted and prepared numerous technical noise impact studies for a wide range of projects involving complex noise issues. Sean has extensive experience in preparing technical noise and vibration study for compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.
